1970年毕业于南开大学物理系。1993年南开大学教授。1996年南开大学博士生导师。1995年天津市中青年授衔专家(超导电子学专家)。1996年国务院颁发政府特殊津贴。曾于1983年以访问学者身分赴加拿大Waterloo大学进修;1994以访问教授身份赴奥地利大学原子研究所进行学术交流;1997年和1999年在美国Kansas大学进行访问研究。 |
